About Jen

My work sits at the intersection of creativity, communication, and human‑centered leadership. Before becoming a speaker and creativity coach, I spent more than twelve years in corporate and executive communications—supporting senior leaders, guiding global employee engagement, and developing communication strategies for large‑scale change.

I’ve created acquisition‑transition communication models, built enterprise‑wide storytelling and engagement systems, led executive messaging, and managed employee experience programs across worldwide teams. Those years shaped how I think about people, culture, and the emotional challenges of work.

Today, I help leaders and organizations unlock the human potential that AI can’t replace: curiosity, adaptability, creative thinking, and meaningful connection. My keynotes and workshops blend neuroscience, storytelling, and practical tools to help teams experiment boldly, evaluate thoughtfully, and evolve continuously.
