Elevating Human Potential
The Human Edge
Unlocking Creativity and Collaboration
in the Age of AI
As AI transforms workflows and operations, the greatest competitive advantage is shifting—away from technology itself and toward the human abilities to imagine, question, and adapt. This provocative keynote reframes leadership for an AI‑optimized workplace, focusing on the mindsets and behaviors that unlock creativity and deepen team collaboration.
Drawing from leadership research and creative disciplines, Jen Graybeal introduces three foundational elements—Experiment, Evaluate, and Evolve—that help leaders elevate human potential and strengthen team resilience. Participants gain practical strategies to foster curiosity, improve cross‑team communication, reduce friction during change, and inspire a culture where people contribute their best work.
This session is ideal for organizations seeking higher engagement, stronger retention, and teams capable of innovating confidently alongside AI.

About Jen
My work sits at the intersection of creativity, communication, and human‑centered leadership. Before becoming a speaker and creativity coach, I spent more than twelve years in corporate and executive communications—supporting senior leaders, guiding global employee engagement, and developing communication strategies for large‑scale change. Those years shaped how I think about people, culture, and the emotional challenge of doing one’s best work in uncertain times.
I left that world to explore my love of literature. There I found people that embraced storytelling and creativity with a strong entrepreneurial drive. As the editor of nearly 250 books, I helped authors shape their stories. These conversations quickly turned to business and mindset coaching.
I found that authors needed the business processes and practices I learned from my years in global business. Through hundreds of workshops, coaching sessions, and conversations with the corporate side of publishing, I developed the Creative Mindset Framework™ to help creative professionals think strategically about their business goals.
Backed by neuroscience, this framework helps leaders and organizations unlock the human potential that AI can’t replace: curiosity, adaptability, creative thinking, and meaningful connection.
My keynotes and workshops blend science, storytelling, and practical tools to help teams experiment boldly, evaluate thoughtfully, and evolve continuously.
My goal is to help people feel energized, supported, and capable of real innovation.
